Orders under US$100 is a weight calculated rate of US$3.87 for standard shipping, shipping Hong Kong wide.
We ship with the local Hong Kong Post Office, you will receive email/text updates on your parcel's progress as well as a reminder the day your parcel is due to arrive. It will also require a signature on delivery. For this reason, we do not take responsibility for any orders that are returned to us because of customer not collecting their parcel.

Currently we offer FREE Air Mail International Shipping on any order over US$100. Shipping calculated rate based on the weight of your shipment and your country/zone for regular and SPEEDPOST shipping. We ship with Hong Kong Post , you will receive email/text updates on your parcels progress as well as a reminder the day your parcel is due to arrive. It will also require a signature on delivery. Your shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

We ship to worldwide, which is great, however please be aware that Hong Kong is remote and therefore shipping charges are high for us. We absorb some of those shipping costs for your order to try and reduce the shipping fee.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR SECURE ADDRESSES & COLLECTION OF PARCELS
All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Sprout Production. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Sprout Production delivers these items to the carrier.
Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address Sprout Production takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or your address is not safe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend using a business address or an alternate secure address.
RETURN TO SENDER
Sprout Production does not take responsibility for uncollected parcels that are returned to sender, or incorrect addresses that are returned to sender. If your tracking states that the parcel has been delivered, please first check with your local post office (either by phone or dropping into the local shop) before contacting us. You can also enter your tracking number directly into their website or your local postal service website for more updates.
If you accidentally provided the wrong address please email us immediately: email@example.com.
Unfortunately if your parcel has already been shipped we are unable to intercept the parcel to change the address and the cost to have the parcel reshipped will be at the customers expense. The address can only be changed if your order has not been shipped.
IMPORT LIABILITIES AND TAXES
Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted. Check your local customs authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs and other fees. Sprout Production holds no responsibility for fees that are subjected by international authorities.
Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
